PROBLEM

Nowadays, both the supply and demand for online therapy is increasing rapidly. Our team had to figure out how to help our client to stand out from the competition and reach the right clients that are seeking help.

In addition to this, we also had to justify the benefits of online therapy in comparison to traditional therapy while maintaining a human-centric approach. It was crucial to convey that despite the digital platform, Camilo remains committed to providing a compassionate and personalized care.

03

challenges

Establishing credibility and trust in an online therapy environment.

Creating a website that provides a seamless user experience for clients seeking support.

Communicating the unique value proposition of Camilo's Therapy.

Visualize different types of information in a cohesive but not over repetitive manner.

04

APPROACH

We closely collaborated to develop a comprehensive content strategy, aiming to enhance the website's information architecture.

Our goal was to address client concerns, highlight online therapy benefits, and distinguish Camilo as a professional therapist.

Every decision was guided keeping in mind who is Camilo's potential client and what problems they are facing currently while also taking into consideration Camilo's personality and values.

05

CONCEPT

With the moodboard that our client chose , I aimed to create an airy and sensitive aesthetic for a website design centered around the notebook concept.

The colour palette included off-white, various shades of blue for airiness, and pinkish hues for warmth.

The notebook concept was supported by doodle-like illustrations, adding a personal touch.

This visual representation of therapy as a breath of fresh air provided a comforting and supportive environment for those struggling with mental health.

06

SOLUTION

We focused on guiding users through the mental health journey, ensuring clarity without overwhelm, as we understand how demanding it can feel to make the decision to start therapy.

The strategy focused on providing actionable steps, outlining the therapy process, and demonstrating that mental health support is achievable and accessible.

07

SOLUTION

One of our solutions to showcase Camilo's personalized, human-care approach was through custom illustrations that felt raw and imperfect.

08

SOLUTION

Moreover, we were building Camilo's credibility through clear presentation of statistics, educational background, and his therapeutic approach, all illustrated and categorized for easy navigation.

09

SOLUTION

Another way we built the psychotherapist's credibility on the website was through testimonials. Instead of using client photos, we featured human illustrations next to each testimonial.

This approach offers several advantages:

Using illustrations respects client privacy while still adding a human touch to the testimonials.

Illustrations are more universal, making it easier for a wider audience to see themselves in the testimonial and show that they too can feel better.

Illustrations keep the emphasis on the testimonial content rather than the individual, making the message more impactful.
